Do they cause your piles to ache? They do mine. You telephone the tour company and have to deal with an array of options. Button one for this, hash for that and so on. Then they put you on hold. Indescribeably awful music is piped into your ear while at intervals a voice intones "your custom is valued by us, please hold".

If it were that valuable they would employ more telephone operatives.
